The English Serial Killer Who Chose Sex Workers As His Victims: Peter Sutcliffe
Peter Sutcliffe, an English serial killer, murdered 13 women between 1975 and 1980, attacked seven more, and was finally caught in 1981 after a routine stop.
Peter Sutcliffe, born in the United Kingdom in 1946, was a schizoid truck driver. In his youth, he worked in a morgue and enjoyed touching corpses. He lived a double life: on one side, a loyal working man to his wife, on the other, a monster who despised sex workers.

The Way He Chose And Killed His Victims
He would first crush his victims’ heads with a hammer, then stab them repeatedly. His last four victims were university students. He had been called in for questioning nine times, yet he was released each time.
The 1981 Stop That Broke The Case
In 1981, a police officer named Robert Ring caught Peter while he was inside a stolen vehicle, together with a sex worker. On the road, Peter said he needed to urinate and asked the officer to stop near some bushes. While Peter was being questioned at the police station, Robert Ring suddenly realized what had happened and went back to the bushes where Peter had urinated. After a hammer and a knife were found there, the killer confessed to everything.
